
Allegations of bullying due to false accusations of two-party violence by the perpetrator
Our client was continuously harassed by an upperclassman, and on the day of the incident, while returning home from the reading room, he was hit in the head by the upperclassman and collapsed and was taken to an ambulance. In response, our client filed a criminal complaint for injury and simultaneously proceeded with an abuse proceeding against the upperclassman through our firm.
