The client was then arrested in front of her boyfriend's residence for stalking and home invasion in front of her boyfriend's residence, and the case went to trial.

The client was charged with stalking and residential trespassing and received a provisional measures decision from the court while the investigation was ongoing, but he continued to try to contact the victim using pay phones while hospitalized for paranoid mania. As a result, the client was charged with violating the provisional measures, and it was necessary to seek the best possible punishment through an amicable settlement with the victim.
