Case issues
The client admitted to some of the allegations, but for some periods of time, he was not acting as a recruiter, but as a direct investor, which he denied, leading the police to suspect him and seek an arrest warrant.
Troubleshooting issues
We gathered evidence to prove that our client was not trying to minimize the crime, concealing evidence, or not cooperating with the investigation. We also argued at the warrant substantive review that our client had a consistent residence, provided his cell phone password, and was the sole support of his minor child.
As a result, the client was incarcerated to be investigated.
